Who we are

Opptiq is owned and operated by Creataws Ltd, a company based in Nigeria ("we", "us"). The Victoria Olamide brand and all its products, including Opptiq, belong to Creataws Ltd. What Opptiq does

Opptiq gives you personalised suggestions about AI-related career and income opportunities based on what you tell us, with real job listings as evidence where we can find them. Reports are written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. They are suggestions to explore, not professional, legal, financial or career advice.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee jobs, clients, income or business success. Listings shown as evidence are examples we retrieved from third-party sources at a point in time; they may change or close, and they are not a complete picture of the market. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate account details.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Every account includes two free analyses that never expire. Reopening a saved report is always free.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use Opptiq for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass anyone;
• try to get around usage limits, for example with multiple accounts;
• copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or overload it with automated requests;
• submit other people's personal data without their permission.

We may set reasonable limits (for example on the clarification chat) and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Paid plans

• Plans are priced in US dollars. In Nigeria you pay the Naira amount at the day's exchange rate by bank transfer; outside Nigeria you pay by card on Nestuge. After paying, you upload your receipt in the app, and your plan starts once we confirm the payment, usually within a few hours.
• Each payment gives you one month. For now plans don't renew automatically: to continue after a month, you pay again. If we later offer automatic card renewals (for example through Paystack), we'll say so clearly before you pay, and you'll be able to cancel any time.
• The price, the allowance and what each plan includes are shown on your Plans and billing page before you pay.
• Unused analyses don't roll over. A report that fails to generate doesn't use an analysis.
• You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. Your saved reports stay yours on any plan, including Free.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy (opptiq.victoriaolamide.com/refund). In short: because you get access straight away, payments aren't usually refunded, but we always refund a payment taken twice or a payment we couldn't turn into an active plan.
• Discount and access codes work once, only for the account that uses them, have no cash value and can't be exchanged or resold. We may turn off a code that's shared publicly or misused.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Support and Dashie

Dashie, the Opptiq Support Assistant inside the app, answers common questions instantly and can pass your question to our team. Dashie's typed answers are written with the help of AI and can be wrong, so for anything important about your account or money, our team's reply is what counts. You can also email support@victoriaolamide.com.

Emails

Each finished report is emailed to your account address so you can keep it. Your account also includes career insights and free resources by email (currently on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays), and you can unsubscribe any time. Special offers are only sent if you say yes. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Your content

Your answers stay yours. You allow us to use them only to run Opptiq for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your reports are for your own use; you're welcome to share them. The Opptiq name, design and software belong to us.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk; where we can, we'll tell you first.

Liability

Opptiq is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on a report, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Nigeria's Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there's a problem, please email us first so we can try to fix it. If we can't, disputes go to the courts of Nigeria, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Opptiq after a change means you accept it.
